Tomorrow Mass Effect 2 fans will get to rejoice as the “Arrival” Download Content is released. That’s the good news, the bad news is according to BioWare producer Jesse Houston: ”Arrival is a side-quest, ultimately… but it’s also kind of an epilogue,” reiterating that it’s the final Mass Effect 2 update. Not a big surprise considering Mass Effect 3 is scheduled to be released later this year.
Arrival is a bit different from other Mass Effect 2 DLC in the sense you will be going on this mission solo. If you are one that doesn’t rely to heavily on your squad members you should be fine, but if you are like me where you liked to use your squad members as your tanks while you rushed in guns blazing you may have a little bit of trouble. We were lucky enough to also get our hands on some screen shots for the game so check them out below.
Look for the “Arrival” DLC for Mass Effect 2 to drop on Tuesday March 29th on PS3, 360, and PC.
If you haven’t played Mass Effect 2 I highly recommend you go out and BUY IT NOW for PS3, 360 or PC
